1. Our Commitment

Krave Casino is committed to player care and responsible gameplay. For most people, playing our Games is fun, light entertainment. For some, it can become a problem. We provide tools and information to help you stay in control, and we reserve the right to apply these measures ourselves if we consider it appropriate. We do not provide counseling and we do not police behavior; we focus on giving you control tools and clear information so you can make informed choices.

2. Play Control Tools

The following tools are available in your Account settings (under "Responsible Gameplay"):

2.1. Activity reminders. Periodic on-screen reminders showing how long you have been playing, with the option to keep playing or end your session. You may set the interval (for example, every 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes).

2.2. Account history. Your purchase history and redemption history are available for review for at least the last six (6) months.

2.3. Purchase limit. Set the maximum Gold Coins you can purchase in a chosen period (1 day, 7 days, or 30 days). Decreases take effect immediately; increases or removals take effect only after a 72-hour cooling-off period.

2.4. Play limit. Set the maximum Sweeps Coins you can play in a chosen period (daily, weekly, or monthly), with the same immediate-decrease / delayed-increase rule.

2.5. Time limit. Set the maximum time you can be logged in per day (up to 10 hours). When reached, you are logged out until the next day, with the same immediate-decrease / delayed-increase rule.

3. Access Control Tools

3.1. Take a Break. Temporarily suspend access for 1, 3, 7, 14, or 30 days. You cannot access your Account for gameplay during the break.

3.2. Self-Exclusion. Suspend your Account for a longer period — 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or 5 years or indefinitely. During self-exclusion you cannot log in to play, purchase, or claim bonuses, and you will be unsubscribed from marketing. Indefinite self-exclusion carries a minimum 6-month period and a 7-day cooling-off period before any reactivation, subject to review.

Important: Sweeps Coins expire 60 days after your last login. We strongly recommend redeeming any eligible, verified balance before self-excluding. Where your Account is verified, we will use reasonable efforts to redeem any eligible balance that meets the playthrough and minimum-redemption requirements.

3.3. Permanent Closure. You may permanently and irreversibly close your Account by contacting contact@kravecasino.com. Unlike self-exclusion, permanent closure cannot be reversed. We may require a confirmation of understanding.

4. Self-Assessment

If you are concerned about your play, consider these questions: Are you spending more time or money than you intended? Are you playing to escape stress or low mood? Have you tried to cut back and couldn't? Is play affecting your work, finances, or relationships? Honest answers can help you decide whether to use the tools above or seek support.

5. Support Resources

If your play may be negatively affecting your wellbeing, finances, or relationships, free and confidential help is available. These are independent organizations, not affiliated with Krave, and they do not handle account or dispute matters:

  • National Council on Problem Gambling — confidential helpline: call or text 1-800-GAMBLER, or visit ncpgambling.org. This section is subject to final legal review.
  • Gamblers Anonymous / Gaming Addicts Anonymous — peer support fellowships.
  • Financial counseling — the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC) and the Financial Counseling Association of America (FCAA) offer help with debt and budgeting.

6. How Our Games Work (Player Education)

  • Outcomes are random. Game results are determined by a random number generator and are independent of past or future results. You are never "due" for a win, and rituals or charms do not change outcomes.
  • Return to Player (RTP) / house advantage. Casino-style games are designed with a small built-in advantage to the operator; over time, total play tends toward the game's RTP.

7. Protecting Vulnerable Players & Minors

7.1. We discourage play if you are in recovery from an addiction, under the influence, experiencing financial difficulty or a traumatic life event, or have mental-health or cognitive concerns.

7.2. The Platform is strictly for those 21 and older. We use identity checks to help prevent underage access. If you share a device with anyone under 21, we recommend using parental-control or filtering software and keeping your credentials private.

8. Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on the Platform and are effective on posting; where a change materially reduces your rights, we will notify you.
