Build note: The customer-facing /free-entry page should present Sections 4 and 5 below (free methods + mail-in instructions) plus the postal-request-code generator. The page must not instantly credit Sweeps Coins; mail-in entries are credited only after a valid physical request is received and processed.

1. Eligibility

1.1. The Krave Casino sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are physically located in an eligible state and are at least 21 years of age (or the age of majority in their state, if higher).

1.2. The Sweepstakes is void in the Excluded Territories and anywhere prohibited by law. The current Excluded Territories are listed in the Terms & Conditions (Section 3) and are subject to change. This section is subject to final legal review.

1.3. Employees, officers, and contractors of Krave Virtual Ventures Inc. and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.

1.4. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

2. The Dual-Currency Model

2.1. Gold Coins (GC) are for entertainment only, have no monetary value, and are not part of the Sweepstakes. They cannot be redeemed for prizes.

2.2. Sweeps Coins (SC) are the sweepstakes entries used in Promotional Play. Subject to the playthrough and verification requirements below, Sweeps Coins may be redeemed for Prizes at an implied value of 1 SC = US $1.

2.3. Sweeps Coins cannot be purchased. Every Sweeps Coin is obtained through a free or promotional method described in Section 4. Sweeps Coins received for free (including via the mail-in method) are eligible for Prize redemption on the same terms as Sweeps Coins received as a bonus with a Gold Coin purchase ("equal dignity").

3. Sweepstakes Period

3.1. The Sweepstakes runs continuously until Krave announces its modification or termination. Krave may run Game-specific or promotion-specific sweepstakes with their own published terms, which prevail over these Sweeps Rules to the extent of any conflict.

4. Free Methods of Obtaining Sweeps Coins

You can obtain Sweeps Coins for free through any of the following methods:

4.1. Daily Login Bonus. Once per 24-hour period, by logging into your verified-eligible Account and claiming the bonus, you may receive a small amount of Sweeps Coins (for example, 0.30 SC) and/or Gold Coins. The amount may change at our discretion.

4.2. Free Sweeps Coins with select Gold Coin purchases. Certain Gold Coin packages include a promotional bonus of Sweeps Coins at no additional charge. The Sweeps Coins are a free bonus; you are purchasing only the Gold Coins. The bonus amount is shown at the time of purchase. Some packages include no Sweeps Coins bonus.

4.2.1. First-purchase match. The first time you purchase a Gold Coin package that includes a Sweeps Coins bonus, we add a one-time promotional match of that package's Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins bonus (currently 100%). The Sweeps Coins part of the match is capped at 50 SC. A package that includes no Sweeps Coins bonus does not receive the match and does not use it up. The match is shown in the store before you buy, is granted once per Account, and may be changed or withdrawn at our discretion for purchases not yet made.

4.3. Promotions and giveaways. From time to time we may offer Sweeps Coins through social-media giveaways, contests, or other promotions, subject to their stated terms.

4.4. Mail-In Request (Alternative Method of Entry). You may request Sweeps Coins by mail at no cost (other than your own postage), as described in Section 5. Each valid mail-in request is credited 5 Sweeps Coins.

5. Mail-In Request — Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

The mail-in method is the legally required, no-purchase path to obtain Sweeps Coins. Follow every instruction exactly; requests that do not comply will be void.

5.1. Generate your unique Postal Request Code. Log into your Account and visit the /free-entry page to generate a unique, single-use Postal Request Code. Each code may be used only once and may not be shared. Requests submitted without a valid code will be rejected.

5.2. Prepare your Request Card. On a plain 4" × 6" unlined white card or piece of paper, hand-print legibly on one side only, in the following order:

  1. Your full name, exactly as shown on your government-issued ID;
  2. Your Krave Casino username;
  3. The residential address registered to your Account;
  4. The email address registered to your Account;
  5. The word "CODE:" followed by your unique Postal Request Code; and
  6. The statement: "I wish to receive Sweeps Coins to participate in the sweepstakes promotions offered by Krave Casino. By submitting this request, I declare that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by Krave Casino's Terms and Conditions and Sweeps Rules."

5.3. Prepare the envelope. Place the single Request Card inside a stamped, standard #10 envelope. Hand-write your return address and the words "Sweeps Coins Request" in the upper-left corner, and mail it to:

5.4. Requirements (requests that fail any of these are void):

  • Everything must be handwritten by you; printed, photocopied, stenciled, or automated entries are void.
  • One Request Card per envelope. Do not send parcels or packages.
  • The request must be mailed by you, and the postmark must be from the same state as your verified residential address.
  • The request must not be sent from an Excluded Territory.
  • Handwriting must be legible; legibility is determined by Krave in its sole discretion.
  • Requests made by any other person or service, or that tamper with the entry process, are void.

5.5. Crediting. For each compliant request received, 5 Sweeps Coins will be credited to your Account after review. Krave is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or invalid requests. The number of Sweeps Coins allocated per request may change at any time.

5.6. One Account per household may use the mail-in method.

6. Playthrough & Redemption

6.1. Playthrough. Sweeps Coins must be played through at least 1 time in Promotional Play before becoming eligible for Prize redemption (a higher requirement, not exceeding 10 times, may apply to specific promotional Sweeps Coins, disclosed at the time).

6.2. Identity verification. No Prize may be redeemed without completing identity verification (KYC) to our satisfaction. See the AML/KYC Policy.

6.3. Minimum redemption. The minimum redemption threshold is 100 Sweeps Coins, at an implied value of 1 SC = US $1.

6.4. Limits & timing. We process no more than one redemption request per Account per 24-hour period. State-specific caps may apply (for example, a US $5,000 per-play cap in certain states). Timing may be affected by verification and banking processes. See Terms & Conditions Section 10.

6.5. Taxes / 1099. You are responsible for taxes on Prizes. Where required, an IRS Form 1099-MISC will be issued when annual redemptions reach US $600, and a valid tax ID may be required before redemption at applicable thresholds.

7. General

7.1. Krave's decisions regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes, the Games, eligibility, and Prizes are final and binding.

7.2. Krave may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes or any promotion at any time, subject to applicable law.

7.3. Sweeps Coins expire 60 days after your last login and may be forfeited on Account closure.

7.4. These Sweeps Rules are part of, and incorporate, the Terms & Conditions, including the dispute-resolution and arbitration provisions.
